Marshall Municipal Utilities Announces Employee of the Quarter

November 3, 2026:  Marshall – Marshall Municipal Utilities has announced Kenneth Swank as their “Employee of the Quarter” for the quarter ending September 30, 2026.

In nominating Swank, Electric Production Director Jarad Muller highlighted Swank’s willingness to help out any time.

“Kenny is very reliable and dependable. The last several months, we have been running generation units many extra hours.” Muller continued, “Kenny is always one of the first to stay late or come in early to help run those units. He is always willing to work different shifts if needed and to cover vacation spots for others.”

In conclusion, Muller said, “Kenny will be retiring in December of this year and his willingness to help out any time will be missed. He has been a big asset to the Electric Production department and to MMU.”

Swank, who holds a Dispatch Operator position, joined MMU in May 2000.
