Marshall Municipal Utilities Announces Employee of the Quarter

September 2, 2025:  Marshall – Marshall Municipal Utilities has announced Ana Lara as their “Employee of the Quarter” for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. 

In nominating Lara, Controller Tony Bersano highlighted Lara’s attention to detail and proactive approach to learning.

“Most recently, she has shown a strong interest in learning and understanding the cashiering process specifically the end of day reconciliation process.” Bersano continued, “With several changes over the past few months, Ana has provided great feedback and ideas to make the process more efficient.”

In conclusion, Bersano said, “Ana’s commitment to accuracy and willingness to learn not only ensures smooth transactions, but also contributes significantly to a positive customer experience and continued customer service improvements.”

Lara joined MMU in October 2018 as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
