IT Support I or II
Put your skills to work across computers, networks, and broadband services.
MMU is seeking an IT professional to provide support for our utility departments, employees and high-speed internet customers. Duties include installing and troubleshooting computers, software, printers, and network equipment, plus assisting internet customers by phone and on-site.
Applicants should have relevant college, technical school, or certification coursework—or equivalent experience—and familiarity with computer systems and networking. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. Placement at Level I or II will depend on qualifications.
A valid Missouri Class F driver’s license is required at hire. Residency within or near Marshall must be established within six months of hire.
