Aeration Basin Pump Station

Aeration Basin Pump Station and Lime Silo

Aeration Basin Pump Station
and Lime Silo

Our Aeration Basin Pump Station (ABPS) houses two Lamson blowers that supply air to one of the sludge holding basins. There are also two 14-inch Fairbanks Morse centrifugal pumps. The centrifugal pumps move the waste stream up the hill to the aeration basins.

Also, the waste stream is treated with lime from the lime silo at this station. From here, the wastewater flows to the Aeration Basins for further treatment.
