Marshall Municipal Utilities Announces General Manager,
Kyle Gibbs Selected for Promotion

November 28, 2006:

The Board of Public Works has selected Kyle Gibbs to be the next General Manager for Marshall Municipal Utilities, according to current MMU General Manager Paul Jensen. Gibb’s promotion will become effective in mid-February with the retirement of Jensen.

Gibbs has been Electric Production Director for MMU since 1991. “As Electric Production Director, Kyle has done an excellent job. He has demonstrated his leadership abilities and has made many improvements in the Power Plant. I am pleased with Kyle’s attitude and believe he will continue to be a good role model in his new position”, said Board President Mike Mills.
