PAL - Private Area Lighting

APPLICATION:

Application to any customer served by Marshall Municipal Utilities for unmetered outdoor lighting by lamp fixtures mounted on an existing pole which is part of the Electric Department's electric distribution system. Service shall be rendered only at locations which, solely in the opinion of the Electric Department, are readily accessible for installation and maintenance.

SERVICE CONDITIONS

The Electric Department will install, own, and maintain at its own cost and expense the private area lights served hereunder.

250	High Pressure Sodium	$10.50
100	High Pressure Sodium	$5.50

All Charges are subject to Energy Cost Adjustment Clause.

TERMS OF SERVICE:

Electric Service under this schedule is subject to all rules and regulations approved by the Board of Public Works of Marshall, Missouri.

When installation of an area light requires erecting a pole(s), a nonrefundable charge of $150 per pole is required. Installation of said poles may be limited as deemed appropriate by MMU.
